bok choy soup

I made the yummiest soup ever!

These Tasty Bite Chunky Chickpeas taste good, but they're rather dry for my taste (perhaps mine dried out due to being 2 months past their "best-by" date). I figured they would be good to put in a soup.

So I dissolved 4 vegan bouillon cubes in about 6 cups of boiling water, added 2 packets of chickpeas, and cut up a bok choy into it. Then I added some macaroni and let it cook for about half an hour.
