I don't know about the CVS clinics, but I went to a Walgreens clinic one time for a tetanus shot, and it was nice b/c you just paid their price (which wasn't bad) and didn't have to deal with doctors fees, insurance, or other hidden fees. I don't know about being diagnosed at one though..
