Right now I'm using a T-Mobile mostly data-only plan for $30/mo. It's unlimited data (up to 5GB at full speed), unlimited texts, and 100 talk minutes. Totally perfect for me. :) It's also pre-pay. You have to sign up for it on their web site though, they don't sell it in stores.
