these grits turned out well

2 cups grits
7 cups water
1 can low-sodium vegetable soup
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
~1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 1/2 kielbasa-style vegan sausage, cut into pieces

Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, covered, 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
