My ex-gf had a rottweiler whose hair I was deadly allergic to. Not the dog, just his hair. He and I could play around all day if I had long-sleeved shirts on. No breathing problems, no eye redness. Other dogs, no problem. But his hair was short and stiff and apparently managed to get through my epidermis like fiberglass. Weirdest thing.
