I bet if you dug hard enough you'd find a sub-sub-subfootnote saying that the $11.90 is the base charge, and then they also charge a percentage on top of that.
Man, that's lousy. I'm trying to figure out how to do the same thing right now, and I'm glad to know that isn't a good option.
