Use a Visa Gift Card to pay. It is accepted as if it was a credit card but it only has as much money you had put in it when you paid for it, no credit and no interest. You do _not_ need to "register" it. You can just use it, just like cash. Have you email server charge the card, call yourself whatever you wish, invent a phone number (I like 098-765-4321) if they bug you, and you're off to the races. When the card runs out, swap in a new one. I use these cards for my Paypal account. Paypal is _not_ associated with my bank account, just these cards. I do not have a mobile phone, so any company hoping to sell my number down the road is very much out of luck.
