I believe it is the most common symptom. It's not a big deal so far; I'm only curious if it is more common for the COVID-19 vaccines than for other vaccines, and if so, why.

I've had no other symptoms so far, except possibly tiredness/sleepiness - but that is more likely due to me not getting enough sleep the last few nights. It didn't stop me from working on a work problem til 1am.
