Another misquote. When it says ee then it's i before e, but not after c, nor when it says ay as in neighbor or weigh. (This neatly encapsulates the UK and US versions in one group. Weird did follow that rule, but the mainstream pronunciation shifted in between the rule being written and today. At least this one doesn't list words where the i and e are part of different syllables, and thus not covered by that spelling rule at all.)
