That does look interesting. I'd be tempted to increase the amount of potato in it, but I suppose that ending up with chocolate-flavored mashed potatoes as that would probably result in, wouldn't taste so good.
I sometimes make chickpea flour fudge, but not often due to the amount of sugar. There's a similar concoction which uses less sugar, but I haven't made it in ages either. Thinking about all this is making me hungry. :)
