Nope, it's not stuck on high. My oven has temperature control, of a sort. It just doesn't get as hot as it would with both elements heating. I tack on at least 50% to the time when cooking pizza and I give the oven at least 15 minutes to build up some heat. It might be a blown fuse, everything else works, I doubt it's the breaker. I been using COVID as an excuse to put off getting anyone to look at repairing it.

It's not the greatest stove, some of the elements on the cooktop are so hot that it's difficult to simmer water on low. But it has a LED clock and the touch pad only controls the oven. The cooktop uses regular knobs and a switch (for the warming pad). It's 30 years old.
