Last night I noticed a pea-sized hard round bump protuding under the skin on my left wrist, for which there is no corresponding bump on my right wrist. It looks like it might be a ganglion. Eeek! I hope it doesn't get any bigger, and I hope it goes away on its own. Maybe I shouldn't do pushups anymore - maybe that has been stressing my wrist. But if I don't do push-ups, my arm muscles will get weak. I don't want to be weak. I don't want to be a weak female!
I have been worrying about my physical body lately. My legs haven't been feeling right when I stretch, for all of this year. First it was just the thigh muscle on my right leg, but now it's something less determinate, but still wrong. It could just be a part of getting older.
My right thumb also has a bump on the side by the joint... bigger than it used to be. Been wondering if it is the beginning of a bone-spur. Doesn't hurt or anything, but disturbs me.
I wonder if I need more calcium. Or if I take too much calcium. Or if I'm lacking some other important but not-well-known nutrient.
