This is an interesting video from last August, about the development of the vaccines & antibody treatments. It's 54 minutes long, which is why I didn't get around to watching it until now.
The Latest on COVID-19 Vaccines, Treatment

.

New to me:
Read Your Food Labels: Watch out for Maltodextrin (It has been linked to inflammatory bowel disease; it also has a very high glycemic index.)

Oooh thanks for this as I still struggle with IBS-like stuff sometimes *makes mental note to read labels for maltodextrin*

Fwiw I've been focusing hard on what I eat again over the last few weeks and it seems white flour products might be the real culprit, which throws this out of IBS territory straight up into a possible gluten intolerance.

Which is a relief in a way - if so it would allow me to eat everything on Earth again save high-gluten products (I say "high-gluten" because I can eat, say, corn tortillas without much if any problem, but now that I think of it, I'm not sure if a corn tortilla is gluten (glutinous?) or not).

I misspelled. There's a glutenous, too. From search results:

What does Glutenous mean?
adjective. like gluten. containing gluten, especially in large amounts.

And thank you for looking that up for me! *dreams of having a moment to breathe* I was between "someday" and "never" getting around to that. That's good to know. I'll check my labels too (*sigh* "eventually"), as I'm a big tortilla and tortilla chip fan. Potato chips tend to stir things up for me badly which is a shame as I love them (and still eat them, but find I have to severely limit quantities or things (literally) go south fast) so tortilla chips it is.
