Darkoshi

I'm going to take a look back there every once in a while to see if they are keeping the dog in the cage all the time, or only sometimes. It makes me nervous to think of calling animal control, because you can't see into their back yard from the street, so they'd know it was one of their neighbors that reported them. But if they are keeping him/her in the cage all day and night in this weather, I may report it.
