Note to self: When making a grilled cheese sandwich, if you wait for a burning smell to know when it's ready to turn over, it will be too late.

Possible curiosity: I cooked with sunflower oil last night, and it seems to have left a residue in the pan, which I haven't noticed before when cooking with canola or olive oils.
