I've put up the Halloween lights, and now I'm making some ghosts to hang from a tree in the front yard. I've done ghosts like this once before, about a decade ago. I have a nice small mesh white net-like fabric. But I don't remember how I did the heads last time. I'm pretty sure i didn't use anything fancy like foam balls, nor balloons. The best I've come up with so far today is to ball up a white plastic bag, and then drape the netting over it a few times until the plastic is obscured. But I have a nagging feeling that the last time I had some other better approach. I wonder if I simply balled up the net fabric itself.
Oh, and I decided it's not too early to start eating Halloween candy.
I'm doing Halloween at Q's house this year. I have no idea if this area gets more kids than mine, or maybe even less. So I might have a lot of candy left over anyway. Maybe no one will come. Or maybe I'll run out of candy early. The eternal dilemma. I'll have to remember to bring over my boxes of snack bars, etc., just in case.
