I can sometimes hear my cell-phone charger humming/buzzing (high-pitched, not loudly) when it is recharging the phone. Is this dangerous, or does it mean the charger is getting bad?
Besides the sound bothering me when I am trying to fall asleep, I am now afraid to leave it charging overnight, because I worry that it might explode and start a fire without me noticing, while I sleep.
