Did you think of that because of the whole college scam fiasco? That's where I came across it (oh, Olivia) most recently (not that I haven't heard or seen it before). It's a really neat word because on the one hand it's extremely ugly to look at, like it was made up by somebody who would just make up lots of ugly words, but when spoken it sounds...nice. Vluh, vluh, vlog. Almost sounds French.
