I think few if any do. I'll have to get used to logging in and checking my subscriptions page once in a while. Emails were nice as I could watch them out of order and keep track of which I'd seen based on which emails I left unread/undeleted.
Actually, I may have found a work-around... other people posted about setting it up via an RSS-feed-to-email approach. YouTube made that more difficult too recently, by also removing the option of exporting subscriptions to a file. So I had to find another workaround for that, but I did. Now I am trying out Thunderbird's RSS feed to see what it is like. I'll see how it goes.
