One aspect of both games that I like is that the final word is limited to common well-known words. That means it is very unlikely to be a word which I (and you and most other people) are not familiar with. So I learned early on that if i don't see any possible words in the remaining letters, I have to keep looking and thinking until an obvious word finally comes to me, rather than thinking it's some obscure word that could potentially be formed from the available letters.
Absurdle is nice in that it feels like there is no "right" word for each turn except the last, so any word I think of using the available letters is a good word. It is a given that the game will keep going as long as any other possible common word remains. So that and there being no limit on the number of turns makes it feel like less pressure.
