"straight talk" cell phone plan

Straight Talk is another inexpensive pre-paid unlimited cell phone plan. $45/month for unlimited talk and text. It says that web access is unlimited too, but the TOS say that streaming audio/video and gaming is not permitted, and that they don't guarantee access to all sites. And it sounds like you're only allowed to use the phone's built-in browser.
