broken nails

i seem to keep doing things to cause my fingernails to snap/bend back (ow!!!) and then snap back, leaving them intact but with fissure/crack lines... maybe i should stop using the nail polish, even though i haven't been using it much at all. maybe it does have this effect though. or maybe i'm just clutzier than i used to be?



sigh. i need some... something. ::pout::

oh. and at the grocery store, guess what they had? GREEN chocolate syrup!
