I tried feeling for my cervix again, and today I couldn't feel anything with either finger. I guess the cervix does change position on different days, like they say.
I'm still trying to get the hang of using the menstrual cup. It is still somewhat difficult to put in and remove. But it does seem worth it so far. I only have to take it out to clean and reinsert twice a day, which I can do in the privacy of my own bathroom. I haven't had any problems with leakage using it. Wearing it feels much better, cleanliness-wise, than with pads or tampons. No having blood squirt out of me (and being able to rely on the knowledge that it won't be squirting out of me - although some people do report problems with leakage, using the cups). No feeling a moist bloody pad against my skin, nor having a tampon start leaking during the day, nor dealing with a hanging tampon string when using the bathroom.
