radish tops

Gosh, radish tops (greens) taste good raw. At least these ones do. I was going to cook them together with the mustard greens and chard, but I think I'll eat them as a salad instead.

Gosh darn it, the mustard greens taste good raw too. Zesty! I'll add a little of them to my salad.

My dad used to love radish sprouts. He had them in all his salads.
