I can no longer even rely on catching up much on the weekends. I keep thinking it's something I ought to be able to change on my own, if only I want it bad enough and put my mind to it. But at the same time, it's getting so bad (up til 6:40am last night again!), I'm considering talking with a "health coach" which is provided for free as part of my work benefits.
