The moon looked lovely here too though my photographs were not as good!

Yes, too often my moon photos look like a blurry blob. Setting my camera's exposure amount to the minimum possible helps somewhat, but this having been a less bright crescent moon also helped.

Sounds good, I'm just using a mediocre cellphone, and dodging brighter streetlamps!
