Sunday, January 13th, 2008 12:37 amSigh. I don't know if I'll ever get mobile web on my cell phone. I had them activate it again yesterday, and they said it would take 24 hours, but that time has passed and it still does not seem to be enabled.
Last week, I noticed a problem with the camera on the phone, and contacted the seller again. Luckily, I had delayed posting any feedback on eBay, neutral or otherwise. Anyway, I ended up returning the phone I had initially received, and the seller sent me a new one, including a new battery this time.
I am having a problem with voicemail - I am not getting the notification icon on the screen, so even though I can call voicemail and hear messages, there's no way of knowing that I have messages without calling to check. The first phone which I sent back had the same issue, but I figured it just had to be configured somehow. I spent a long time on the line with tech support yesterday, and eventually got disconnected with the problem still unresolved. The odd thing is, it seems this is an unusual problem, and yet I had the same problem with my first Tracfone cellphone, which was also a Motorola, but a different model. Tracfone was able to fix the issue for me back then.
