Oh wow. I'm glad that I have cherries in my own fridge, or I'd be totally hating on this right now. :3 So much delicious food!

That eggplant dish has me interested, is it baba ganoush? Or something else entirely?

Also, that might be the biggest zucchini I've ever seen.

It's chopped eggplant cooked with lentils and tomatoes and some other things.

There have been even bigger zucchinis from that garden! I'm lucky this one fit in the vegetable drawer.

Yum :) I have a giant zucchini in my fridge too :D I really need to use it before it goes bad.. it was from a friend's garden. We've had a few veggies ourselves this year, waiting for some corn to ripen now.
