Almonds and pistachios, chopped and sauteed in canola oil plus some hickory smoke oil and sesame oil. Added to it, chopped black and green olives, a bit of pickled ginger, 3 types of seaweed (soaked and softened), and a small can of fried gluten. Served over noodles. Yummy.
Got the seawood at a Korean grocery. Also got some acorn powder, perilla seed candy, and other goodies there. At a Mexican grocery, got a spiny-skinned chayote squash.
