For Thanksgiving, I cooked:
- stir-fried fennel with baby bok-choy
- vegan sausage & tomato stew
- Matzo balls/dumplings, from a box mix - it was the first time I ever made these. I used Neat Egg and Vegg powder in place of the eggs. The dumplings had a good texture, and were very tasty.
My mom brought some pan-fried tofu slices, cucumber salad, radish slices, and pie.
