glimpse the rainbow

Walking back from checking the mailbox, a car/SUV passed me on the street. It had rainbow changing-color lights on the tire rims and under the chassis, and looked awesome. But it was driving so fast, I didn't get more than that short glimpse of it.

I've wanted to do that for a long time, especially the ones under the body.

I've considered things like that when I've seen them in the past, but...
It would be nicer to have the lights inside the car where I could see them;
outside, they'd be distracting to other drivers; inside, they'd be distracting to me;
it would be difficult and/or expensive to get installed; and I'd worry about cops giving me some kind of citation, telling me xyz kind of lights aren't allowed.
So instead, I just enjoy my Christmas tree lights in my house, the color-changing LED light gizmos in the yard, and other people's awesomely decorated cars whenever I see them.
