In the summer of 2019, the residents gathered to change this with the help of GB Glace, which has its ice cream factory in the middle of Flen. I'm sure they're visible somewhere, but I wasn't able to find the people shown in the video, in the actual Google Maps Streetview. In many places, the streetview doesn't even seem to work right as I can advance to an intersection, but then it doesn't let me go anywhere from there.
