Well, at least there's that. But this being America where the bad version was popular, I feel uncomfortable even using the tiger rhyme now. I need to remember this better though; so that it doesn't only occur to me half an hour afterwards like it did yesterday. It occurred to me while driving to work, and then I had to look it up on my phone in the parking lot.
I've never, as far as I can recall, heard the racist version; that said, I was probably aware of it via online reading at some point but didn't recall until you mentioned it.
