You know how sometimes a webpage will contain a non-clickable URL, as it doesn't have the HTML tag for making it a link? (For example, in the user-entered info in Yahoo's new profile pages.) Which means that if you want to open that page, you have to select the text, copy it, and then paste it into the address bar of an open browser? I've found an easier way.

With the Dictionary Search Firefox add-on, you can configure one of the 4 right-click menu items so that when you select the text of the URL, you can right-click and select the new menu-item, and the URL will open in a new tab. In the add-on's configuration window, set the Menu Text to "Open URL $", and the URL to just "$".
