Aw, man. I was almost finished sewing one of my flags, except for hemming the outside edges. So I tried the flag out, but it wasn't flying well... then I discovered that the place where one is supposed to hold the flag (its handle) wasn't where I thought it would be. So now I've got to redo the whole weighted cord part, because otherwise I'd be holding the flag on the side with the thinner fabric, which might cause it to tear easily.
At least I found this out before sewing the 2nd flag.
It sure does look pretty though. It would have been much easier to just use a single piece of fabric, but decided to do 3 colors instead - a stripe each of shiny gray-blue, orange, and pink-violet.
