Muesli (German-style breakfast cereal)

rolled wheat flakes
rolled oat flakes (the thicker heartier kind is best)
dried fruit (raisins, golden raisins, freeze-dried mango bits)
nuts (cashews, pistachios)
coconut flakes

various other types of dried fruits and nuts, as well as seeds, can be used.

Adding shredded apple to it can be a nice touch as well.

Lately I've been concerned about how much refined sugar I ingest. This at least reduces the amount in my breakfast. And it is quite tasty too.
